Hello. I am Burak! I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, heal from past experiences, and navigate their emotional journeys with compassion and clarity. My approach blends my years of training in somatic practices, clinical sexology, and mindfulness to offer a holistic and personalized experience for each of my clients.

My Approach

I believe that healing is not linear. It unfolds in layers, often moving through periods of insight, challenge, and growth. There is no single “right” way to heal, and no one path that fits everyone.

My aim is to create a therapeutic space free from expectations about how we should live, love, relate, or identify. I offer a warm, collaborative, and affirming environment for queer, trans, non-binary, and gender, sex, and relationship diverse (GSRD) individuals and relationships.

Every session is tailored to your unique needs and pace. Depending on what feels most supportive, our work may integrate Somatic Experiencing, pluralistic sex and relationship therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, mindfulness practices, and other trauma-informed therapeutic approaches to help you develop a deeper connection with your body, emotions, and sense of self.
