Sex Therapy

Sexuality is more than performance or technique. It’s connection. With ourselves, with others, with our bodies. And sometimes, that connection gets disrupted — by pain, shame, trauma, confusion, or simply the complexity of life.

Sex therapy offers a space to explore and repair that connection. Whether you’re struggling with a specific issue or simply want to deepen your relationship with your sexuality, you’re welcome here — just as you are.

In our work together, we talk — but we also listen. Not just to your thoughts, but to your body. My background in Somatic Experiencing means we gently include the nervous system, physical sensations, and embodied awareness in the process. Especially when words aren’t enough or when experiences live in the body.

You don’t have to already have the words. You don’t have to perform, explain, or fit a mold. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

Sex therapy can support you with:

  • Sexual desire – when it feels lower or higher than you’d like
  • Erection difficulties (erectile dysfunction)
  • Rapid, delayed, or absent ejaculation
  • Difficulty reaching orgasm
  • Painful or uncomfortable sex, including vaginismus, vulvodynia, dyspareunia
  • Feeling disconnected from sensation, pleasure, or your body
  • Fear of sex or intimacy
  • Rebuilding trust after affairs or infidelity
  • Desire differences in relationships
  • Navigating open, polyamorous, or non-traditional relationships
  • Sexual compulsivity or difficulty with boundaries
  • Low sexual confidence or shame
  • Gender identity exploration
  • Sexual orientation or fluidity
  • Sexuality after trauma, illness, or life changes
  • Attachment wounds that affect your relational life
  • Support during relationship transitions or endings

How I work

The foundation of my practice is inclusivity, respect, and acceptance. I work with people of all genders, orientations, bodies, and relationship structures. Gender, sexual, and relationship diversity is not just something I include — it’s at the heart of how I think and work.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can speak openly about anything — your sexual history, your longings, your discomforts, your fantasies, your kinks — without fear of judgment or being pathologized.

Some sessions are focused and practical. Others are slow, gentle, and body-oriented. There’s no one right way to do this. We’ll find yours.
