My approach blends my years of training in somatic practices, clinical sexology, and mindfulness to offer a holistic and personalized experience for each of my clients.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions and release the blockages holding you back.

Each session is customized to meet your unique needs, integrating somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and other therapeutic practices to facilitate a deeper connection with your true self.
